Hi, I'm Lillie! My journey to health and happiness wasn’t easy. I grew up in an abusive home, faced poverty, and struggled with health challenges that left me feeling alone and hopeless. But I refused to let my past define me. Through resilience and determination, I legally became an emancipate minor, put myself through college, reclaimed my health, and created a life I love.

Today, I’m a full-time YouTuber and Certified Nutrition Health Coach, dedicated to helping others overcome their own challenges. My goal is to give you the hope and inspiration to rise above adversity.
