SPICY BURGER BOMBS

Turn up the heat with these spicy burger bombs! Ground beef, gooey cheese, and fiery jalapeños come together for a flavor-packed bite. It’s the perfect booty burner—spicy, satisfying, and full of bold flavor!

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb ground beef

  • 1 jalapeño, diced

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Block of pepper jack cheese (or any cheese of choice)

  • Slices of pepper jack or Colby Jack cheese

Instructions:

  • Dice the jalapeño into small bits.

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with cayenne pepper, black pepper, and diced jalapeños.

  • Cut the block of cheese into small cubes.

  • Take about 2 ounces of the seasoned ground beef and wrap it around each cheese cube, forming a ball.

  • Air fry at 380°F for 12 minutes.

  • Remove the burger bombs from the air fryer and top each with a slice of pepper jack or Colby Jack cheese.

  • Air fry for 1 more minute until the cheese is melted.

  • (Optional) Garnish with a jalapeño slice for extra spice and color.
