CHICKEN SOUP

If you're craving a warm, comforting meal that’s both simple and flavorful, this chicken soup is perfect! Made with rich chicken stock or bone broth, tender shredded chicken, melty cheese, egg, and crispy bacon crumbles, it’s packed with protein and nourishing ingredients. 

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (breast, thigh, or any cut you like)
2 cups bone broth
1 over-easy egg
2 slices cooked bacon, crushed into bits
(Optional) Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:
Cook your chicken (breast, thigh, or your favorite cut) and shred it using two forks.
Set aside 2 cups of shredded meat.

2. Heat the Broth:
Pour bone broth into a saucepan and heat on the stove until it reaches a gentle simmer.
(Pro tip: Use homemade broth for even more flavor and nutrients.)

3. Assemble the Bowl:
Place shredded chicken in a soup bowl.
Pour the hot bone broth directly over the chicken.
Top with a freshly cooked over-easy egg.
Sprinkle crushed bacon bits on top.
Add salt to taste, if desired.
