BACON MEATLOAF
Craving a hearty, savory meal? This bacon meatloaf is a game-changer! With layers of juicy beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, it's a deliciously rich and satisfying dish that's sure to impress and have everyone coming back for more!

Ingredients:

Bacon slices (enough to line and cover your loaf pan)

Ground beef (about 1lb)

Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

(Optional) Salt, pepper, garlic powder, or seasoning of choice

Instructions:
1. Prep the Meatloaf Pan:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a meatloaf pan with bacon slices, placing them lengthwise across the pan and letting the ends hang over the edges (you’ll fold these over the top later).

2. Layer the Filling:

Press half of the ground beef into the pan, on top of the bacon layer.
-
Add a generous layer of shredded cheese.

Add the rest of the ground beef, pressing it down gently.

Top with another layer of shredded cheese (optional but amazing).

3. Fold & Bake:

Fold the overhanging bacon slices over the top to completely wrap the meatloaf.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

4. Crisp the Bacon:

After baking, either:

Turn your oven to broil for 10–15 minutes, OR
-
Transfer to an air fryer for 10–15 minutes to get the bacon extra crispy.
