EGG CUPS

Start your day with these delicious egg prosciutto cups. These savory, protein-packed cups are the perfect low-carb, high-flavor breakfast to fuel your morning!

Ingredients:

  • Prosciutto slices (1 per muffin cup)

  • Eggs (1 per muffin cup)

  • Shredded cheese (any kind you like)

  • (Optional) Extra toppings: bacon crumbles, sausage, herbs, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Muffin Tin:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
    Line each muffin cup with a slice of prosciutto, pressing it along the bottom and up the sides to form a cup.

  2. Add Filling:
    Sprinkle a little cheese into the bottom of each prosciutto cup.
    Crack one egg into each cup.
    (Optional) Add any extra toppings or a little more cheese on top.

  3. Bake:
    Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny (or cook longer if you prefer firm yolks).

  4. Serve & Enjoy:
    Let cool slightly, then use a spoon to gently lift the egg cups out of the tin.
    Perfect for meal prep or a protein-packed breakfast on the go!
