ICE CREAM
Indulge in a guilt-free treat with this creamy, low-carb ice cream! Made with just a few simple ingredients, packed with protein and full of sweetness. Perfect for a cool, healthy dessert during the summer!

Ingredients:

1–2 cups raw cream (this is the only necessary ingredient)
Optional Add-ins: -
1–2 egg yolks (for richness)

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

1 scoop collagen powder

Splash of vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Dash of cinnamon

Maple syrup or fruit for sweetness

Instructions:
1. Whisk the Base:
In a stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk together raw cream. Once it's nice and fluffy, gently fold in any optional add-ins you’d like.

2. Freeze in Stages:
Place the ice cream in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and whisk thoroughly to break up any ice crystals.

3. Repeat the Whisk & Freeze:
Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes. Remove and whisk again. Repeat this process a total of 4 times.

4. Serve or Store:
After the final whisk, you can enjoy it immediately as a soft serve or let it set a bit longer for a firmer texture. Store leftovers in the freezer and let sit at room temp for a few minutes before scooping.
