FUDGEY KETO BARS
These keto bars are chocolatey, fatty, soft, and absolutely delicious. They melt in your mouth with an incredibly fudgey texture, and the best part? They take almost no time to make! To shape them perfectly, you’ll need a silicone mold.

Ingredients:

2 oz yogurt

1 tbsp melted ghee or butter

½ scoop chocolate protein powder

½ packet chocolate LMNT

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a silicone mold for easy shaping.

Place the mold in the freezer until the bars harden.

Once set, remove from the mold and spread a layer of ghee on top as a frosting.
