CHERRY BROWNIES

Ingredients:

6 teaspoons beef flour (or coconut flour)

¼ teaspoon stevia

3 teaspoons baking cocoa or cacao powder

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 egg

60 grams dark cherries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the beef flour, stevia, cocoa powder, melted butter, and egg until smooth.

Fold in the dark cherries.

Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or silicone mold.
