CHERRY BROWNIES

If you're looking for a rich, fudgy dessert without added sugar, these cherry brownies are a must-try! They’re low-carb, decadent, and have a gooey, chocolate lava cake texture with bursts of dark cherries in every bite. Perfect for a guilt-free treat that satisfies your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 6 teaspoons beef flour (or coconut flour)

  • ¼ teaspoon stevia

  • 3 teaspoons baking cocoa or cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 60 grams dark cherries

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a bowl, mix together the beef flour, stevia, cocoa powder, melted butter, and egg until smooth.

  • Fold in the dark cherries.

  • Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or silicone mold.

  • Bake for 15 minutes or until set.

  • Let cool slightly before enjoying.

 

*Note: You can swap the beef flour for coconut flour based on your preference or availability.
