TACO BALLS
These taco balls are the perfect bite-sized meal for taco lovers! Made with ground beef, cheese, onions, and taco seasoning, they're air-fried to crispy perfection and topped with melted cheese, sour cream or guacamole and a sprinkle of onions or jalapeños for a deliciously satisfying meal that's both fun and full of flavor!

Ingredients:

9 oz ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 packet taco seasoning
-
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or your choice)

Additional cheese slices for topping

1 ripe avocado
-
1 LMNT Mango Chili packet (or seasoning of choice)

Sour cream (optional)
-
Hot sauce (optional)

1 jalapeño, diced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Dice the onion into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning, diced onion, and shredded cheese.

Divide the meat mixture into three portions and press each portion into a separate cup of a muffin tin.

Bake in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
While the taco balls are baking:
6. Prepare guacamole by mashing the avocado and mixing it with the LMNT Mango Chili packet.
After baking:
7. Remove the taco balls from the oven and top each one with a slice of cheese.
8. Return to the oven for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
9. Top each taco ball with a scoop of guacamole and a dollop of sour cream.
10. Sprinkle with hot sauce and garnish with diced jalapeños for extra flavor and heat.
