MEAT SKEWERS
If you love surf and turf, these steak, chicken, and shrimp skewers are a must-try! Juicy, flavorful, and fun to eat, they’re perfect for grilling, baking, or air frying. A simple yet protein-packed meal that’s great for gatherings or an easy dinner at home!

Ingredients:

Chicken breast, cubed

Steak (your cut of choice), cubed

Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sea salt and pepper (to taste)

Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, or marinade of choice

Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:
1. Prep the Ingredients:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) if baking.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.

Season the chicken, steak, and shrimp with sea salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings or marinade you like.

2. Assemble the Skewers:

Thread the meat onto the skewers in a repeating pattern: chicken → steak → shrimp → chicken → steak → shrimp — until the skewer is full.

3. Cook:
Oven Method:

Place the skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet or wire rack.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the meat is fully cooked.

Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a nice char.

Grill Method:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and lightly charred.
