MEAT PIZZA
If you love pizza but want a healthier, grain-free option, this meat pizza is for you! The crust is made from ground beef, egg, and cheese, creating a protein-packed base that’s both hearty and delicious.

Ingredients:
-
10 oz ground beef
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
2 eggs
-
1 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
-
(Optional) Marinara sauce (e.g., Primal Kitchen or Rao’s)
-
(Optional) Additional mozzarella cheese and pepperoni for topping

Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:
-
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
-
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Italian seasoning, eggs, and 1 oz mozzarella using your hands.
-
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined pizza tray, shaping it like a pizza crust.
-
Bake for 12 minutes.

2. Drain & Dry the Crust:
-
Once baked, the crust will look browned and greasy—similar to a burger.
-
Carefully pour out excess grease and dab the crust dry with paper towels.

3. Add Toppings & Bake Again:
-
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the crust.
-
Add more shredded mozzarella and pepperoni (or your favorite toppings).
-
Return to the oven and bake for another 6–8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
