BROWNED BUTTER

Looking for a simple yet delicious way to boost your healthy fats? Browned butter is rich, nutty, and melts in your mouth—plus, when you add bacon, it becomes next-level amazing. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter (preferably grass-fed)

  • Optional: Crumbled bacon bits for extra flavor

Instructions:

  • Place a stick of butter in a pan or pot over low heat.

  • Stir slowly and continuously as the butter melts.

  • Keep stirring until the butter begins to turn a light golden brown (this brings out a deep, nutty flavor). Be careful not to cook on high heat, or it may burn!

  • Once browned, pour the butter onto parchment paper or into a container.

  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon bits on top for extra deliciousness.

  • Place in the freezer until solid.

  • Once frozen, break it into pieces—similar to peanut brittle or peppermint bark.
