Chicken skins

Salt to taste

Instructions:

Pat the chicken skins dry with a paper towel.

Season with salt.

Place them in an air fryer or oven at 400°F.

Bake or air fry for 8 minutes.

Flip the skins over and cook for another 8 minutes.

Remove and enjoy crispy salted chicken skins!
