Ingredients:

  • Chicken skins

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken skins dry with a paper towel.

  2. Season with salt.

  3. Place them in an air fryer or oven at 400°F.

  4. Bake or air fry for 8 minutes.

  5. Flip the skins over and cook for another 8 minutes.

  6. Remove and enjoy crispy salted chicken skins!
