CARNIVORE BAR

If you want a high-protein, no-fuss snack, these DIY carnivore bars are perfect! Made with just grass-finished beef and tallow, they’re nutrient-dense, shelf-stable, and easy to take on the go—whether you're traveling, at work, or just need a quick, satisfying bite. Simple, pure, and packed with energy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz raw ground beef (per bar)

  • 2 tbsp melted beef tallow (per bar)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Blend the ground beef, melted tallow, and salt in a blender until fully combined.

  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold for easy shaping.

  • Place the mold in the freezer until the bars harden.

  • Once set, remove from the mold and enjoy.

Note: You can substitute ground beef with other ground meats like turkey, lamb, chicken, or elk.
