POPSICLES

These sugar-free electrolyte popsicles are refreshing, hydrating, and perfect for kids and adults alike! Made with just water, electrolyte powder, and optional fruit like blueberries, they’re a simple and delicious way to cool down and stay hydrated on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 18 oz filtered water

  • 1 stick (6g) electrolyte powder (I use LMNT*)

  • A handful of fresh or frozen blueberries (optional, for color & fun)

Instructions:

  1. Mix electrolyte powder into the water until fully dissolved.

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  3. Drop a few blueberries into each mold if desired.

  4. Place in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully frozen.

  5. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy!
