Bread Buns + Wild Boar Sliders

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Seperate egg yolks from egg whites.

Step 3:

Whisk or blend egg whites until fluffy.

Step 4:

Pour egg whites into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes. Turn off oven and let bread "cool" in oven. If you take it out of oven right away, the buns might sink down and not be as fluffy.

Step 5:

Make ground meat into small slider sizes and cook/grill. Add cheese on top (optional).

Step 6:

Make bacon.

Step 7:

Put slider meat, bacon, and other toppings in bread and enjoy!
