Ingredients
1 egg
1 oz cooked chicken (breast, ground chicken, thighs, whatever kind of chicken)
1 teaspoon Pluck organ meat seasoning
can of sardines
cheese (however much you like)
tallow, butter, ghee, bacon grease or whatever fat to cook tortilla in
other toppings desire (sour cream, avocado, cilantro, onions, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1:
Blend chicken, egg, and Pluck seasoning.
Step 2:
Put stovetop pan on medium to low heat and grease pan with fat.
Step 3:
To make 2 small tortillas, pour half chicken egg mixture onto pan. This will make one small tortilla. Pour other half of chicken egg mixture into pan to make second tortilla.
Step 4:
Cook sardines in fat on stovetop.
Step 5:
Put fish in tortillas and add whatever other toppings you like on top!
