Ingredients

1 piece of salmon

1 egg

2 scoops collagen peptides

2 teaspoons honey (optional)

dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1:

Remove salmon skin from salmon.


Step 2:

Chop salmon into smaller pieces and put into a container.


Step 3:

Add egg, collagen peptides, salt, and honey with salmon. Mix together. Put in fridge for 1 hour to marinate.


Step 4:

Pour salmon mixture into muffin tin. Bake for 10-12 minutes in oven at 375 degrees.


Step 5:

Melt butter & honey and pour onto of your delicious salmon cakes!
