Ingredients
1 piece of salmon
1 tablespoon fat of choice (butter, ghee, tallow, pork fat, etc.)
Preparation
Step 1:
Remove salmon from salmon skin.
Step 2:
Rub fat into salmon skin.
Step 3:
I personally like to use the air fryer on a low setting to reduce the fat oxidation so I air fried the skins at 285 degress for 2 minute increments until the skins were at the crunchiness level of my desire.
