Zero Carb Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Crust: 

  • 6 oz cheese  

  • 2 eggs

Alfredo Sauce:

  •  1 oz cheese

  • 4 fluid oz heavy cream (or half and half)

  • 15 grams butter

  • garlic powder (as much as you like)

Pizza Toppings: whatever you like!

Preparation

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 


Step 2:

To make the pizza "dough", mix 6 oz cheese and 2 eggs together (in a bowl or blender). 


Step 3:

Put this pizza "dough" on a piece of parchment paper. Add another piece of parchment paper on top and roll your pizza dough between the two pieces of parchment paper. 


Step 4:

Leave parchment paper on and cook the crust for 10 minutes at 350. 


Step 5:

Flip the crust over and bake for another 10 minutes. 


Step 6:

While the crust is baking, make alfredo sauce.  To make sauce simply mix all ingredients together slowly on medium to low heat. 


Step 7:

When crust is done, add alfredo sauce, cheese and add your cooked pizza toppings. 


Step 8:

Put back in the oven for 5 minutes. Bon Appetit!
